Data protection policy

Last updated: 25 October 2026

1.Scope and who we are

This policy explains how the operator of the 8BMF8 affiliate program (the "Company", "we") handles personal data of affiliates and visitors of this website, bmfpartners.io. We act as the data controller for the data described here. The Company is Bridge Technologies B.V., company registration number 160264(0), with its registered address at Dr. M.J. Hugenholtzweg 25, Willemstad, CuraƧao. Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or other data protection law applies to you, we follow it.

"You" means anyone who visits this website, applies to the program or is an approved affiliate.

2.Principles we follow

  • We collect personal data lawfully, fairly and openly, and only what we need.
  • We keep it accurate and up to date where we can.
  • We use it only for the purposes described in this policy.
  • We keep it no longer than needed and protect it against loss and misuse.
  • We tell you what we do with it and let you exercise your rights.

3.Personal data we collect

  • Contact details: name, email address, messaging handle (for example Telegram), company or website name.
  • Account details: login details for the affiliate platform and activity in your account.
  • Payment details: the information needed to pay you commission, such as wallet or bank details.
  • Business details: the websites and channels you promote on, and information we need to review your application.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, and pages visited on this website.
  • Communications: messages you send to us.

4.How we use it

  • To review applications and run your affiliate account.
  • To track referrals, calculate and pay commission.
  • To communicate with you, answer questions and provide support.
  • To prevent fraud, abuse and illegal activity, and to carry out checks the law requires.
  • To improve this website and the program.
  • To meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Depending on the case, our legal basis is the contract with you, our legitimate interests, a legal obligation, or your consent.

5.Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with:

  • companies that provide services to us, such as affiliate tracking software, hosting, email, payment and analytics providers, who may only use it on our instructions;
  • group companies and business partners involved in running the program;
  • professional advisers, courts, regulators and other authorities where the law requires or allows it;
  • a buyer or successor, if our business is sold or reorganised.

6.International transfers

Your data may be processed in countries outside your own, including outside the European Economic Area. When we transfer personal data of people in the EEA, we use safeguards the law accepts, such as standard contractual clauses, to give it equivalent protection.

7.Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you;
  • correct data that is wrong or incomplete;
  • ask us to erase your data;
  • ask us to restrict how we use it;
  • receive your data in a portable format;
  • object to our use of it, including for direct marketing;
  • withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent;
  • complain to your local data protection authority.

You must give us accurate information and tell us when it changes.

8.How to make a request

Send your request in writing to support@8bmf8.com. We may need to verify your identity first. We aim to reply within one month. We do not charge for requests in the normal course, but may charge a reasonable fee or refuse where requests are clearly unfounded or excessive.

9.When we may refuse a request

We may refuse or limit a request where we cannot verify your identity, where the data is needed to meet a legal duty or to establish or defend legal claims, where it would affect the rights of others, or where the law otherwise allows. We will explain our reasons. We keep a record of refused requests.

10.How long we keep data

We keep personal data while you have an account with us and for five years afterwards, to meet legal, tax and accounting duties and to deal with claims. After that we delete or anonymise it.

11.Security

We use technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including access controls, encryption in transit, and limiting access to staff and providers who need it. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we act quickly if a problem occurs and report breaches where the law requires.

12.Cookies

This website itself is static and sets no cookies of its own. Our affiliate platform (where you sign up and log in) uses cookies that are needed for it to work, such as keeping you logged in, and for tracking referrals. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the affiliate platform may then not work.
