Affiliate terms and conditions

Last updated: 25 October 2026

1.Introduction and definitions

These terms form the agreement between you (the "Affiliate") and Bridge Technologies B.V., the operator of the 8BMF8 online casino and sportsbook (the "Company") for your participation in the BMF Partners affiliate program (the "Program"). The agreement takes effect when your application is approved or when you first use your affiliate account, whichever comes first. By signing up you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.

The Company may update these terms from time to time. Changes are published on this page and apply from the date shown above. Continuing to take part in the Program after a change means you accept it.

In these terms:

  • Player means a person who registers on the Company's website through the Affiliate's tracking link or promo code.
  • FTD means a Player's first qualifying deposit.
  • GGR (gross gaming revenue) means the amount wagered by Players minus the winnings paid to them.
  • Bonus cost means the value of bonuses, free spins and other promotions given to Players.
  • Affiliate NGR has the meaning given in section 4.
  • Affiliate site means any website, channel, social account, app or other medium the Affiliate uses to promote the Company.

2.The affiliate program

The Company pays the Affiliate a revenue share (RevShare) on the net revenue generated by Players the Affiliate refers, as set out in section 4. The Company may offer other commission models by separate written agreement with an individual Affiliate.

Each Affiliate receives tracking links and may receive promo codes. Referrals are credited only when they are tracked through those links or codes. The Company provides reporting in the affiliate dashboard so the Affiliate can follow traffic, Players and earnings.

3.Rights and obligations

The Affiliate agrees to:

  • comply with all laws and regulations that apply to the Affiliate, the Affiliate site and the promotion of online gambling in the places where the Affiliate operates;
  • promote the Company honestly, with clear and accurate statements, and include the notices that apply to gambling advertising, including that the service is for adults aged 18 or over and a responsible gambling message;
  • not promise or imply guaranteed winnings or guaranteed earnings;
  • not target or knowingly reach minors or vulnerable people;
  • keep the Affiliate account details secure and not share access with third parties.

The Affiliate must not:

  • register, deposit or play through its own links or codes, or arrange for relatives or associates to do so;
  • use fraud, fake or automated accounts, bots, incentivised or misleading traffic, cloaking, deceptive redirects, or masked or false promo codes;
  • send unsolicited bulk messages (spam), or use the Company's brands in a way that suggests the Affiliate is the Company or officially represents it;
  • bid on the Company's brand names or close variations as keywords in paid search without written permission;
  • do anything that may harm the reputation of the Company or the Program.

The Company agrees to:

  • track Players referred through the Affiliate's links and codes and report them in the dashboard;
  • pay commission as set out in section 4;
  • provide a contact person for the Affiliate.

The Company may refuse an application, suspend an account or withhold commission where it reasonably suspects a breach of these terms, fraud or illegal activity, while it investigates.

4.Commission, tiers and payment

4.1 How commission is calculated

Commission is a percentage (RevShare) of the Affiliate's monthly Affiliate NGR:

Affiliate NGR = (GGR − bonus cost − chargebacks) × (1 − 25% admin fee)

GGR is measured for Players referred by the Affiliate. The 25% admin fee is deducted before the Affiliate's percentage is applied.

4.2 RevShare tiers

The percentage depends on the Affiliate's monthly Affiliate NGR:

TierRevShareMonthly Affiliate NGR
Tier 125%€0 – €500
Tier 230%€500 – €1,000
Tier 335%€1,000 – €3,000
Tier 440%€3,000 – €10,000
Tier 545%€10,000 – €25,000
Tier 650%€25,000+

4.3 How tiers change

  • Starting tier. New Affiliates start on Tier 2 (30%) for their first 90 days. After that they move to the tier they have earned.
  • Moving up. When the Affiliate's average monthly Affiliate NGR crosses the threshold of a higher tier, the higher tier applies from the following month.
  • Moving down. The Affiliate moves down one tier only after two consecutive months in which their 3-month average Affiliate NGR is below the threshold of their current tier. The tier never drops by more than one level per review.
  • Inactivity. The Affiliate is expected to bring a consistent flow of FTDs. If there is no activity for 3 months, the Affiliate returns to Tier 1. If there is no activity for 1 year, the commission rate is reduced to 0%.

4.4 Payment

  • Commission is paid once a month, or as otherwise agreed with the Affiliate's affiliate manager.
  • The minimum payout is €300, or as otherwise agreed with the Affiliate's affiliate manager.
  • The Company may correct the amount of commission where a Player's activity is later found to be fraudulent, reversed or in breach of the Company's terms, or where a chargeback is received.

4.5 Taxes

The Affiliate is responsible for reporting and paying all taxes that apply to the commission they receive. The Company pays commission without deducting the Affiliate's taxes, unless the law requires it.

All figures are examples of how the model works. They are not a promise of earnings, and results vary.

5.Term and termination

The agreement runs from the date it takes effect until it is ended. Either party may end it at any time by giving written notice to the other (email is enough). The Company may end it immediately, without notice, if the Affiliate breaches these terms, commits fraud, or acts in a way that harms the Company's reputation or breaks the law.

After termination the Affiliate must stop using the Company's brands, links and promo codes. Commission earned and validly due before termination, less any corrections under section 4.4, will still be paid. Sections that by nature should continue (including confidentiality, liability and disputes) remain in force.

6.Confidentiality

Each party must keep confidential any non-public information it receives from the other about its business, commercial terms, systems or players, and use it only for the purpose of the Program. This does not apply to information that is public through no fault of the receiving party, or that must be disclosed by law. This duty continues after the agreement ends.

7.Intellectual property

The Company keeps all rights in its names, logos, brands, software and marketing materials. The Affiliate receives a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the materials the Company provides, only to promote the Company under these terms. The Affiliate may not register domain names, social accounts or trademarks that include or closely resemble the Company's brands.

8.Data protection

Each party must follow the data protection laws that apply to it. The Affiliate must not collect or use Players' personal data in a way the law does not allow. How the Company handles personal data is described in the Data Protection Policy.

9.Representations and warranties

Each party confirms that it has the power to enter into this agreement and that doing so does not break any law or other agreement binding on it. The Affiliate also confirms that the information given at sign-up is accurate and complete, and that it owns or has the right to use its Affiliate sites and the content on them.

10.Liability and indemnification

To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit or business opportunity. The Company's total liability to the Affiliate under this agreement is limited to the commission due to the Affiliate in the three months before the claim arose.

The Affiliate will compensate the Company for losses, claims and costs that result from the Affiliate's breach of these terms or of the law, including the content of the Affiliate sites.

11.Force majeure

Neither party is responsible for a delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disaster, war, strikes, power or internet failure, or action by a public authority. The affected party must tell the other promptly and resume performance as soon as it can. If the event lasts longer than 90 days, either party may end the agreement by written notice.

12.Anti-corruption

Neither party may offer, give, request or accept bribes, improper payments or gifts in connection with the Program. The Affiliate will not use commission to make payments to public officials or others for an improper purpose.

13.Governing law and disputes

The parties will first try to resolve any dispute by good-faith discussion. If that fails, the dispute will be finally settled by arbitration seated in Malta. This agreement and the arbitration are governed by the laws of Malta, and the language of the arbitration is English.

14.General provisions

  • Entire agreement. These terms, together with any written agreement with an individual Affiliate, are the whole agreement on the Program.
  • Assignment. The Affiliate may not transfer its rights or duties without the Company's written consent.
  • Severability. If a provision is found to be invalid, the rest remains in force.
  • No waiver. A delay in using a right is not a waiver of it.
  • Relationship. The Affiliate is an independent contractor. Nothing here creates employment, partnership or agency.
  • Notices. Notices may be sent by email to the addresses used by the parties for the Program.
